Please allow a minimum of 7 days to 2 weeks’ notice for all large orders serving 50 or more guests. We recommend that you order smaller items directly through this site and that you also call or send a direct message with your order # to confirm order and pickup time, While for Large orders/items please reach out to us via email, Instagram direct message or over the phone.

You must notify us of all cancellations via phone. If we do not have at least a 24 hr cancellation notice for smaller orders, we have the right to deny a refund. Larger orders require at least 7 days of notice to be cancelled.  Once you make a deposit for a larger order , and you request for a refund, 10% will be taking out of money before it will refunded back to you, full refund won't be issued to you

Once your order is ready , you can come pick up, but if can't pick up , you can send an uber ride to come pick it up for you,

Our Pick up time starts from 12pm- 6pm, Tuesdays - Saturdays
